I have no idea, although I imagine it to be someone like Pear or Viljo, both very fitting for the role.

FL should have 2 SA's, one for America, one for europe.
That being said I'd say Infernaw would do an excellent job.
I know things about her that most people don't that have me convinced she'd be well worthy to step into Grub's shoes.
Of course I'm well aware there's most likely more staff able to perform a job as SA properly but if I'd have to pick one, it'd be her.
