Title of Suggestion: Changes to OOC cooldown.
Description: I think that -
1. The cooldown for players use of OOC should be lowered.
-------> 2. Or a better suggestion might be to allow a maximum of 2/3 messages to be sent instantly in a row in the OOC chat.
Why: Sometimes when people type things OOC, they might make a mistake. To correct themselves, they have to wait 15 or 20 seconds(whichever it is). I understand why there is a cooldown, to avoid OOC spam, but I feel that allowing 2/3 messages at once to be sent before the cool down starts would not effect this.
