The Vanguard Alliance is a Slavic tradition based oppression force serving military standards, oppositions in wars, conflicts and crisis scenarios. Being recognized as a home-ground for extremists, it is spreading vastly in Slavic nations through attrition warfare. Started after the second World War in 1949, the original leaders Isai Bezrodny and Lyov Andreyev had long before the formation of the named group been active insurgents. The group advanced and recruited swiftly, but wisely and only the best survived the cut; that is how it is to this date as well. As time has passed throughout the group and its operations in closed environments, its member count now amounts to over 4,000 globally.

No, knowing Narc's history on topic like this, its meant to. After some backwards searching, its an early Slavic symbol for "the sun". It can be linked back to a Swastik.
