When ever I play on any server if I face a certain direction my game gets laggy and when ever I look in the other direction it runs smoothly.

I'm assuming if you look into the sky there is virtually no lag and if you look at say a street full of cars/people there is? It would just be your frames dropping with the activity level of what is going on

I understand your problem here, Is the lag when you look towards the city?
If so, Your PC is unable to run the map smoothly, I am guessing your playing on a lower end PC. Try playing V33X as it will run smoother.

The problem is that the map is horribly optimised, and your computer is struggling to render everything in sight. This is also why large chunks of the map keep disappearing and reappearing.
