Upload the video to youtube or something else. Just log in with your google account (if you dont have it create one) and click on upload then simply drag the file and it's ready to upload!

If you have recorded in on gmod itself you probably have to convert the file to a .avi or other extension.
Also, don't forget to use the template.

If you log in on youtube near the search area you will see "Upload" and click on it.
