When I do pictures for things, how do I make it to a certain size. For example, I want it small but it comes big. Please tell me how.

Take the picture, save it some where then open it in paint and then click (while on paint) 'Re-size' and put how big you want it.
Re-size is located by crop or the square box at the top.

Also you can do [img=500x200] (image) [/img]. You can do any size you want that's just an example.
