Customer support sends the same email over and over again, to everyone, their advise doesn't help.

You should check if your firewall isnt blocking steam

It was one of the first things I did, it's not blocking it.

Sorted.
I forgott I had a PC which was taken away earlier upstairs, took it and it works. To the people who might get this problem, at first look at the links Humla send, and try to follow these steps, do NOT uninstall steam as your first step just like I did, because your chance of it working will decrease, if those steps do not help you should do this: If you have another PC simply copy the files onto your computer, might take a while but it's worth it. |
