I can confirm that Midget was camping inside his tree house and making it impossible to hit him. However, about 2-3 days ago we were about 7 players, trying to attack Midget but we couldn't since he hid inside his tree house. The admin(s) who were part of the attack had no problems with what Midget was doing.

There is no rule about any of this, and why couldn't you hide in your house?
You could have killed me, but you didn't. End of the f* story. Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
