I was using the camera (handheld) tool to take pictures of myself dancing, RPing as a model/dancer. But everytime i would dance on the sidewalk, a police officer would arrest me. any reason for that?

If you roleplayed it properly, and not disturbing someone elses RP, it should be alright, I do not know if the president is allowed to actually illegalize dancing.
