So the game downloads all the genius content and models and sounds etc. but the UI and the IG ''menu'' doesnt show up at all.

I don't understand it quite well.

Do you mean the gamemode is working but F1 isn't doing anything for you?
If that is the case you can just bind it again to that key.

Or does the gamemode just doesn't work at all? Like base gamemode and errors in console.

About a month ago same happened to me
Just restarted my PC, redownloaded all FL content
and Vuala

Seems like a pure UI problem, possible console command to switch it back on, look though google for a console command to switch on custom huds

I solved it turns out i ran outta space in my harddrive and it failed to import all the content XD
