I think it's custom

ULX is easy to set up and use it is very odd your having problems.

it is becose ulx have not be updated to gmod 12 olny ti 11

You will have to talk with soulripper but im 110% sure that he wont send our ULX version.
Try google ulx gmod 13 or something :-) And I don't think our ulx is gmod 13 ready yet.
