I have downloaded the HL2EP2 thing from "here" but I need to know how to install it correctly.

Drop the models materials and folders into garrysmod and you choose yourself if you wanna replace current skins by ep2 skins it doesn't matter if you click yes or no to replace

If you are adding materials or sound or whatever. you can place it directly in the folder. Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
