Not really in the right spot for threads, but in a reality there is almost nothing wrong here. But IRL cops could give you a little trouble for parking like this, its a bad park.

I'm no lawyer but isn't this a private car park and therefore it's up to property owner if they wish to fine you for improper parking (which would probably be handled by a private company, not a police officer)?
