[Bug] EvoRadio Settings not working?

Hey everyone,

I've had some trouble with the EvoRadio. I always get shocked when I'm standing next to a car with EvoRadio on because it is so EXTREMELY loud! I got in all the cars and tried to change the volume and disable it outside cars but it didnt work? Maybe this issue is already known but I just say it Smile

This is a issue, and happened when we moved over from the 3D sound system. I am working on a new radio system for the cars that'll have volume working.
