Title of Suggestion: Vice-President job.

Description:To allow another player to be Vice-President.

Why: Adding the Vice-President job would stop people having to change to civilians, also adding Vice-President would allow the Vice-President to speak through the police radio instead of only PMing the president.

+support - I think this is a pretty good idea - maybe the Vice-president could do warrants as well so if the president is AFK they can sort it (But not laws because that could get confusing)
