Summary: Well I driving my car in the city, I was going to store it and he was a cop and I saw him tease them, and then I heard one of them say "your random teasing" then the cop did it again, when I stored my car he did the same to me, and put a search warrant on me and sent me to jail. in the jail there was a cop who unwarranted me and got me out of jail cause he knew about the cop who was sending people to jail randomly. then he did it again to me and some other guy. he put my in jail 3 times. after all of that he killed me infront of an SRU then he was trying to shot the SRU. he was just going around random teasing and arresting and sending people to jail and shot anyone around.., you can see in the pictures that there is a body who he teased or killed next to me, he kept on teasing me and unteasing me. I really hope you deal with him. thank you
