Summary: Whilst Jeff2307 was being wanted, just as officer tazed him, he disconnected to avoid arrest and reconnected not too long after. That happened on several occasions that day, i'd say atleast 3 times, only got 2 screenshots.
First picture, Jeff played as Frank Goliath, i think i tazed him and clicked to cuff him, meanwhile he disconnected.
Second picture, i believe Jeff was wanted and about to be arrested but yet again, he disconnected and rejoined shortly after.
As i'm saying, can't remember excatly, i hope the logs can reveal the full story
