Need help buying an RC Helicopter

I am planning to buy an RC Helicopter after my current one broke. I am looking for.a good quallity one that is outdoor and can survive some wind. I am wanting some "extras". It does not need to have these. I am hoping for it to have a built in camera and/or the camera feeds live video to a screen in the remote.

Anyone got an idea where I can buy one like this? Dont worry. Price is no issue.
Also a quadcopter is fine too.

I've had RC helicopters too for outside but before you buy one you must consider that it's a very expensive hobby since you will crash from time to time.

I never took up RC Helicopters. I don't want to crash them.

Yup. Happened to my old one. I have some cash to spend on one and I don't mind breaking it again.

Not sure what happened. I have a video of it happening. I was flying it and one of the wings just broke and flung off. Smacked into my arm.
