I was to sell my car for 20k, then I wanted to buy it, then I said pay and he said car first, I gave him the car and he only gave me 1k. I want my remaining 19k from him, but after he gave me 1k he left... He also said something like: I wont pay cuse I already have the car...
It was like 7:30 - 8:00
