Summary: Problock (some types of car can ever get past this and indirectly lead the death of two officers he also moved a police car (have evidence for that but feel that one pic should do) if below a certain speed the car just gets stuck it was a ridiculous prop but later i learned that apparently it was to cover a another prop abuse (this is vigilantism and i did not really work))

Somebody else spawned inv prop at all tunnel ... all i did was to place a ramp to go over it but after that they made it over ramps so i just removed them

and that what i have in my hand is a adv dupe so i didnt propkill nobody... like i said the inv props blocking the tunnels weren't mine
