Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player Sniper (STEAM_0:0:32707815) was found violating rules regarding prop usage.
Suspension will be applied for 3 weeks.

Llama was also backseating administrating by cuffing Sniper, he will receive a warning for doing so.
