Summary: Was in a hot pursuit of a red BMW near Lakes when two other perps in a Mustang flew by and began racing with BMW. I managed to stop the Mustang in the tunnels where I began charging the perps with minor (lenient!) fines, and before I could complete the roleplay I was victim of CDM by their friend; Zue the mechanic. As seen in the last few frames of evidence, no criminal or racing job was set for mechanic and players made no attempt of calling paramedic / continuing roleplay. Complete disregard.
