I tried to follow the instruction on the former thread,but I cannot use the Create Channel option,can anyone help with that?

Scroll to the bottom of the Ts Server, click rightclick on "Temp Channels" and press "Create Channel". After doing that, contact an admin to make your channel permanent.

Either what Robbtja said or just have an admin create a channel for you to begin with.

Create Channel does not work that is the problem.Does it have anything by that I'm not in the Donator group at ts?

You need donator to create channels.

Problem Solved
Sharpshooter now has a channel and is awaiting movement by an Administrator. This thread can be closed
