Summary: I just had parked my car and he came to me and said i had parked my car in the middle of the road, then he warranted me and arrested me. At that time there was no laws about illigal parking and further more i hadnt parked in the middle of the road, it was just the back of my car which was a bit off.So he Random Arrested me without a valid reason.
