Are you allowed to repost a BRQ that got denied due the fact that a dumb staff handled it? I'm calling him DUMB due the fact he is saying shit such as he was working with the police while the one I posted a BRQ too, even said I'm not working with the police as a reply. Dumb shit like that.... Can I repost then?

There is no real rule against it but i assume that it isnt allowed unless you have new revealing evidence.
