nope the truck was not being confiscated (impounded) as shown in the pics they all prop-climbed into the back (using Elton_john's prop) and the SRU driving pick-locked the truck and drove off!, even if it was being impounded (which it wasn't) the SRU shouldn't do that with people in the back of the truck.
