The servers are down for some reason.
The symptoms don't match the ones described in the sticky.

It appears as though today the forums and servers alike suffered a DDoS attack. That is most likely the reason as to why the servers were down.

We are being attacked by a DDoS. We managed to get the servers working, although the forum will be very slow till the attack stops.
