Hello, i really need some help. When i join the game, and this has not happened yet since i have been playing on the server, it comes up with the usual, but when i try and move around, it does not allow me to move, and i cant click anything. I have checked my internet connection and it is fine, and i have tried joining several times, and it has resulted in the same happening. Please help me.

Nope, i am using windows 7, and i have been on the server multiple times, and it seems to have worked, but for some reason suddenly it is not working, i am going to try it later and if it does not work then i think im going to try deleting all the server files and re-downloading all of them, becuase i may have a problem with some of the files

This is very strange. Try looking around 'Google' to see if it is a known Garry's Mod glitch, or contact the 'Super Admin' team or the 'Developers'.
