Summary: RDM during raid. You can clearly see he had enough time to think before shooting, he said nothing and killed me as I was playing passive job. I was even showing signs of being scared and unarmed.

I'd just like to completely apologise, I didn't really think due to the fact there was an ongoing raid and I was being shot at and because you were in the facility I just thought I didn't want you here so I sprayed you down along with the other Government officials that were in the area at the time. Won't happen again.

Equinox was holding his hands up showing that he had no weapon and was showing no threat or harm, shooting Equinox was not the last option, as violence is always the last option.
You should have told him to leave the area and threaten his life instead of shooting him on the spot.
