I wanted to sell the door after i changed jobs but as you see seductive sent me out.
Thats why i wonder the sound was slo mo in the first part maby so you could hide that he wanted to send me out?
Although you can hear him saying the last part of out.
Also you clearly see he sended me out since he was pointing the gun at me, repeating get out, get out, get out.

Yeah he did say leave, i am not denying it. However you could of sold it when you went out or even inside. Or said that you came to sell it. You just entered the property as it is yours, and it is. However criminals are basing there.

All Criminals were dead i think i simply wanted to sell the door, he sent away and i couldn't sell it outside because of people asking for health kits, i prioritiest and gave them the health kits before selling the door which i did, i sold the door and KA bought it.

It seems like he did want to sell the door however he wasn't able to because of the officers instructing him to leave. It's not quite clear from the evidence whether or not he was basing with criminals however if he was, he would've received a warning.
