Summary: Me and my friend were citizens who were at rebel house (passing) when a grey raptor which was stolen from Maverick by davidstone78 rammed down my friend intentionally and then proceeded to try and CDM me also, which he finally did. He then went on to attack other people inside of the  city such as me again.
