Title of Bug: Banned by SteamID

 Description: I'm sure you've all noticed, but there's a bug at current where the ban page is being spammed with Banned By SteamID with no reason or time length; making it hard to check recent bans.

haven't found a recent report about this.

I'm not sure if it's a bug, it's probably just alot of autobans for attempted hacking or DDoSing I guess.

Its a bug. It happened when soul was "teething" the system.
