Summary: Possible rebel basing with a BMD(no proof though) This rebel was putting something onto the back of his car, also FAILRP as he can not drive that car, then randomly smashing into my car.

(Cut out some of it considering some rebel kept standing in front of my car trying to get his self killed, cut out because its not a part of this.)
