Summary: Pretty much this guy was just spawning loads of massive props blocking roads killing people with them etc. We asked him to stop he didnt and he caused the server to extrememly lag. I mean like it felt like a DDOS

I tend not to make Ban Requests but I felt this one ad to be made and I doubt this will be the only one for this player today. You cant see the full picture for some reason but if you open it in another tab or something you will see it shows the ownere in the right hand side.
