Title of Suggestion: [BUG]Weld - Smart tool

Description: Weld - Smart tool not working as it should

Why: This tool is needed to weld all props at same time but unfortunately it weld only some props for strange reason.
I have working version in singleplayer downloaded from steam workshop btw.
