Hi all, Sometimes I need use first ammo to use my Deagle, but Can I save ammo again in my inventory? When I reconnect I lost my used ammo...

Nope, once you click 'use' on the ammo you can't put it back into your inventory.

When you use ammo, it does not return to your inventory. You can /holster your gun and then pull it out with out re-equipping ammo, providing you have not died, changed jobs or disconnected. But you will loose the ammo inside the gun at time of /holster.
