Summary: (What happened?)
First, he CDMed me purposely, continuously trying to hit me with his car until he succeeded.
Then a few minutes later I saw him in AMPM killing a cop randomly with a knife, the time was around 19:24 GMT +1 when he killed the officer, I was too late to start my recording, so you'll have to look into the logs for that.
Evidence: (Try to get as much evidence you can get)
Video showing him CDM me and a video where you see him next to the dead policeman's body.
