Title of Bug: Inability to steal from SRU van

Description: Inability to steal from SRU van. Lockpicking does not recognise SRU van as government vehicle, saying only government vehicles are worth stealing from, even though SRU van can be found under government vehicles inventory section.


***While you're at it, fix it/set it for the police motorbike too (didn't test if it works or not)


Evidence: will provide if needed, even though it's easy to test and fix.

As a side note, i thin if you can just lockpick a car you should have to do more to a swat van.

For example, breach the vehicle then you have 60 seconds to then lockpick it or it resets, and then since its harder to do as it would in real life make the rewards better as in the better items have a higher chance.

also not the motorbike as currently only early access people can use em and can spawn them as any job.
