Summary: Basically, I had advertised myself as a mechanic at Industrial Storage Area. ЫКНОВЕЛГАНШПГЩР then drove over in his Ferrari and changed job to Mechanic outside my shop. He then proceeded to repair his own car and change the colour of it outside my little shop.
He basically powergaming right besides the mechanic, meaning he had full oppotunity to actually ask me to repair/modify it.
I asked a few times in @ but Ghost was the only staff member on and I believe was inactive.
Evidence:
Changing job at around 0:53 in logs from citizen to mechanic, then I took screenshots of him editing his vehicle.
