Reason why you should be unblacklisted: In this instance, there is no excuse. i should not have been firing my weapon at my friend, who at the time i was in a skype call with, and he was hitting me with a firemans axe so i decided to shoot him. i should have moved away and called for backup, or put in a warrant fo an arrest, so for that i appoligise.
