Summary: Just drove in the city, when i saw this cop shooting at my car, throwing snowballs at me, random tazing me and then tazing another guy randomly.
Evidence:: First he starts shooting at my car, thats why i got out and started recording. After that he throws snowballs at me. (failrp) then he starts random tazing me, and one second after he random tazes another one. (look in the upper right corner)
