Be neutral to everyone and keep an open mind when it goes comes to roleplay.
Just because you have seen the roleplay before by someone else doesn't mean the person isn't doing an effort! I take neutral because I always believe everyone can improve no matter what. 
Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
