This guy needs to get banned or blacklisted. Blocking the roads with cones and then trying to prop surf on a bed he was standing on. Not to mention that he has not done one thing here to Role play, only cause chaos

They are,i do not have any more evidence though. Ask some people from the server at the time.

I confirm everything (Frozen cones) said here and also have some complaints. He also placed frozen cones on the villa road as well. He also at some point stole a police car as a citizen, don't think he had a reason.
