Summary: So he was RDMing loads of people as citizen then random killed president to become president as i was on my way up as sru sargent so i didnt kill him i went up to protect him and he demoted me and the other officers that went up.
Evidence:
This only shows him not answering OOC but failing to demote another officer at the time showing he was in fact not afk.
