The player has about 700+ hours and more than 10+ RPPs and I am thinking that he got bored from from the whole server so he wants to get himself banned (Why do I think that?) Cause he gave away a free BMW to someone as you can see in the video, he also promised 4m for who kills the President in OOC (Metagaming / HitmanRP) you can see some of this in this video, as well as you could check the logs.
