Summary: So i join in the server and suddenly see this cop random tazing,stepping on people and cuffing people.He then did it to me so i warned him i would post a Ban Request and he didnt stop he continued for several minutes.

This guy was tazing random people in the city including me and would not respond when I asked him why. He did then step on people.
