1) the maximum is 20%. the game doenst allow you to do more (so typing /tax 25 will give you an error message.) expect some complains from your citizens though in OOC if you set it to 20%
2) yes you can! just have a good RP reason to visit something or somewhere. Just dont go out on a walk when there is a raid going on, that would be failRP. Bas |
