Summary: I was wanting to speak to the President. I was on the catwalk connecting the entrance to the president's office and the entrance to skybox, elevator etc. I was there for about a minute or two, unarmed, very calm with the 18 hour president when the Police Sergeant came sprinting across the bridge saying he was low on HP. The president started asking if I was cuffed and I said no, but I don't mind being cuffed for the meeting. After responding, the Police Sergeant simply responded by turning round and gunning down the unarmed, calm man agreeing to the policies with his supplied on spawn HK USP .45.
