Summary: Well me and EKTO walked past his shop when we asked a police officer to come over, as we asked the officer of the gun dealers shop/shooting range was allowed, as the officer said to us and the gundealer that he needs to have permission of the president. so the gundealer went to the president and propblocked all his stuff.
