Do you need a reason for high taxes + Reason for raiding

Everytime a president sets high taxes everyone is like UUUU REASONNN FUR HIGH TAX!!!!!

But do you actually need a reason for high taxes, because someone says you don't.


Also what kind of reason do you need for raiding, there isn't very much info about this in the rules.

Being a president is a high RP job and you have lots to do. Increasing taxes should have a valid RP reason otherwise you can have up to 49 unhappy civilians. They can't raid for tax, but they can raid if you don't listen, deny meetings and other such events.
